Governance built on trust.

KiriMELCOP is being established as an independent non-government organisation and national Community of Practice. Participation is free and open to everyone interested in strengthening Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning in Kiribati.

Our status

Growing responsibly from an interim foundation.

KiriMELCOP is not part of, controlled by, or affiliated with any government organisation. People working in government are welcome to participate in their individual or professional capacity alongside civil society, development partners, researchers, students and independent practitioners.

The public leadership directory is updated as appointments are approved. Vacant positions remain open until a transparent recruitment and appointment process is completed.

Executive and portfolio roles

The structure adapts the president-led governance model used by established evaluation associations while keeping clear operational portfolios for KiriMELCOP. The Founder and Interim President provides continuity while supporting positions are recruited for an initial term.
